Registration and Equipment

1. Each player will be charged a fee of $100.00. The parent or guardian will be required to complete and sign WTYFL release form. The forms and fees will be collected by the coach and submitted to the WTYFL office. NO player may participate unless the parent/guardian has signed the release form. A copy of the player's birth certificate is required if one is not already on file with WTYFL.

2. All teams must be weighed in by WTYFL. Any complaints or rumors will be checked out thoroughly. WTYFL board members will have copies of each team roster and initial weigh-ins.

3. Equipment will be issued at the weigh-ins. Uniform check-out will be done by WTYFL staff.

4. All equipment must be returned immediately after the last game. Anyone failing to turn in equipment must pay an equipment replacement fine of $200.00 or legal action will be taken against parent/guardian to recover loss.

5. The jersey shirt issued by WTYFL is part of the official uniform and must be worn as the game jersey. Jersey shirts may be kept by the players at the end of the season

6. Each player must be legally registered in the current season and must be on an official roster filed with the WTYFL office.
